Examination Request Form

Attention: Reservations for exams in the testing center for spring semester 2010 are open. Please make sure you have created your spring course sites. Final exam week will fill up rapidly. All reservations are on a first come first serve basis so be prepared to make your requests promptly.

You will need to know the Bb Course ID of the course site that the exam will be given from.  The Course ID is located at the top of the Control Panel within the course site. If you do not already have a course site, you will need to create one by accessing tbe Blackboard Course Site Request link under the Faculty/Staff/Advisors section of the Broncoweb site (http://broncoweb.boisestate.edu).

Attention: Tests given in the Online Testing Center must be created using the these guidelines.
