Survey Pro
IMPORTANT NOTICE: SurveyPro has been replaced by Qualtrics Survey Software and will be removed from the university server on July 15. If you have used SurveyPro before, you will most likely want to remove your data, reports, and surveys from the server. You have until July 15 to do so. After July 15, all data, reports, and surveys will be deleted.
To Export Data
From within SurveyPro, export your data to .txt, .xls, or .csv format. Go to "Database" and select "Export TO, then select the format you wish to export to.
To Export Survey Questions
From within SurveyPro, go to "Document", then "Publish Questionnaire." Choose an export method from the drop-down list (to clipboard, to text file, etc.). You can create a .PDF of the survey, but after doing so you be unable to edit the survey.
To Export Data Reports
If you created any reports within SurveyPro you can publish them as HTML documents by going to "Document," then "Publish Report." You must be on the Report Tabs located at the bottom of your page to do this. In HTML format you can edit your tables within whatever web-authoring software you use or in any text editor. If you do not need to make changes, you can create a .PDF as well.
