Creating an Account

NOTE: Initially, all accounts are set to the default level of use, which limits the number of survey responses to 500, the number of active surveys to 3, and total surveys (active and inactive) to 15. You may request an upgrade to your account if you are faculty or staff, or if you are a student working for faculty and staff. Upgraded accounts have no limits on the number of surveys you can create or the number or responses for each survey. To request an upgrade, contact the Qualtrics Brand Administrator for Boise State, Rob Anson, at 426-3029.

To Create an Account

1. Visit the Boise State entry page at Qualtrics.com.
    
2. Once there, click on "Free Account" in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
    
3. Complete the online form. NOTE: You must use your Boise State e-mail address ending in @boisestate.edu (for example, xyz@boisestate.edu, xyz@mail.boisestate.edu, or xyz@u.boisestate.edu). A valid e-mail address at Boise State informs the system at Qualtrics that you are authorized to create an account.
    
4. Read the Terms of Service. If you agree to the Terms of Service, check the box labeled "I have read and agreed to the Terms of Service."
    
5. Click the "Register" button.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Qualtrics. You must reply to this e-mail in order to activate your account.
