It appears that the server hosting the content for Blackboard is not responding, which is causing slowness and unavailability system-wide. We are currently working to resolve the issue and will update again when more information is received.
UPDATE: 5:14 PM - Blackboard services have been restored. Investigation into the root cause is ongoing. More will be posted as it becomes available.
