Boise State's Knowledge Network is a live instructional television system known as an "EBS," or Educational Broadband Service. We transmit live classes throughout the valley to sites where students take classes for credit via TV, as well as to students viewing classes over CableOne (Channel 95). Students at sites can interact with instructors by using microphones or telephones to ask questions or make comments. Students watching on cable TV at other locations cannot interact with instructors.

When fall or spring classes are not in session, most of our programming comes from the Annenberg/CPB channel. However, the broadcast schedule shows what programs will be broadcast on any day of the year.
To learn more about distance-learning classes, or to see the schedule along with information on the classes that various sites offer, visit the web site for Boise State's Division of Extended Studies.
