| This is a the first in a 4-part series of workshops about using PowerPoint 2007. In this introductory session the goal will be to create a basic presentation. You will not only create a basic presentation, but in the process you will learn to navigate around in the various PowerPoint views and menus. You will learn to apply a background and a theme. You will learn different ways to enter text, and how to edit and manipulate text on your slides. Finally, you will explore the various ways to save your PowerPoint as well as some features of the show mode.
